MLS Corner

The Multilist Service (MLS) is a means by which information is accumulated and disseminated to enable authorized Participants to prepare appraisals, analyses, and other valuations of real property for bona fide clients and customers. It is a facility for the orderly correlation  and dissemination of listing information so Participants may better serve their clients and customers and the public.

The MLS of Springfield offers all of the following services to its members: 

• Both a public and a private website with current property information and related information

• Agent web sites that are customizable.
• The ability to provide comparative market analysis with reports and hand-outs.
• 24 hour market watch of listing activity.
• Custom exports
• The ability to send e-mail from any area of the MLS where you can select listings for fast delivery of dynamic listing information to clients.
• Powerful statistics and charts using searh criteria.
• Direct mobile access from a PDA
• County public records that are integrated for lookups
• GIS parcel mapping shows layers of MLS data, county data, and even aerial images with an interactive map with parcel boundaries
• Contact/Prospect management database capability
• A web-based transaction management system
• Training and support for featured programs
